Backlinks are important for a large number of reasons, primarily because they help boost your website in search engine rankings. This will lead to higher levels of traffic and will give you the ability to monetize your website to the maximum. I'm going to discuss the importance of backlinks in this article in a little bit more detail.

One of the first reasons why they are so important regarding SEO is because when search engines are trying to determine the relevance of a website they look for backlinks pointing back to it. First they try to determine the relevance of a site based on certain keywords. If the keywords are relevant then the quality of backlinks will be considered next. On the opposite end of the coin if they are bad, search engine rankings are going to suffer.

Another reason why they are so important concerning SEO is because usually the sites linking to you are related to yours in some way. But backlinks from sites that have at least some sort of content related to the content on your website will be considered more valuable in the eyes of major search engines.

Think about it, if you wanted someone's opinion about a particular topic or subject how would you know they were the right person to ask? Chances are you would only know based off of two things. Voor je promotie video heb je beeldmateriaal nodig en ik gebruik altijd foto,s deze zoek ik op inmagine.com. Inmagine is een gratis service met duizenden foto’s, registreer je en zoek beeldmateriaal dat nauw aansluit bij je niche of website die je wil promoten. Download op Inmagine 5 tot 10 foto’s voor je promotie video.In de volgende stap gaan we een promotie video maken op Animoto, Animoto is eveneens een gratis service  die je in staat stelt snel een videoclip te maken op basis van een aantal foto’s en muziek. Clips van 30 seconden zijn gratis. Voor langere clips betaal je 3 dollar per stuk of 30 dollar per jaar.
